Refund policy

All online sales are final. With the exception of any defects we have looked over in the inspection of the item.  In which case you are eligible for an exchange of the same item same size or store credit if your item/size is sold out.

To receive your exchange or credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order #. 

To start your exchange/credit, please contact us at liaandjet@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. If your request I is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items, these items are sold as is and all issues are listed in descriptions. 

ALL PRE-SALES ARE FINAL: each item is inspected before it is shipped out.
