Shipping policy

Outside of priority mail with it’s included insurance, we do not insure your order. If you would like your porter insured please purchase separate insurance.
Our processing time is 5/8 business days. Please do not purchase an item if you are on a deadline. We are always happy to rush ship with extra postage, please contact us first.
All tracking numbers are uploaded or emailed to you, you can also track with the shop app.
Once an order has left our hands we are no longer responsible for shipping times, delays, loss or damages due to the carrier or theft after delivery.
In the event that your shipping amount is in the excess of $3 or more we will refund your account in the same manner of payment. If payment was made through a payment company, such as Shop Pay, processing times may be delayed and will apply to your installment payments.
